From Tromsø Norway to Calabria Italy in One Day

I met people while skiing on Plateau Rosa, Zermatt, from Norway, Tromsø ,  the northern most city in Europe, and kids Claudia, Luigi, Achille and Sandro from Italy, Calabria, La Sila ... in one day. From very north, 350km above the Polar Circle south to Calabria, the distance is for Europe hard to beat. The children had blonde hair and blue eyes, even so Achille and Sandro from Calabria. Achille is a rare First Name, older than all christian names, his is ancient Latin Roman, maybe even older going back to the time of Pitagoras. The Summer Ski Bum community is small, I met the Italian kids in the cable car ride from Trockener Steg to Klein Matterhorn, they asked me if I speak Italian, which I don't, so the fun part began. The Norwegians I met on the terrace of Testa Grigia, while the girl cut her finger opening the Fanta can, she cried and the second fun part began.
